Shopping online with Cindy Larsen Designs is safe and guaranteed. The jewelry I sell is new and free from flaws such as chips, breaks and scratches. Please note however, the very nature of handmade, artisan created product is irregular and imperfect, particularly when dealing with stone. This is part of what makes each piece unique. Irregularities in shape, color and texture are normal and should not be considered defects. All pieces are packaged with care. If any of your pieces are received damaged, please contact me by email immediately and I will determine the necessary steps for resolution. Cindy Larsen Designs accepts returns and responsibility for return shipping costs (for damage) if made within 30 days, from date of shipment with receipt. You will receive future product credit in the amount of your return shipping costs and CLD will cover the shipping costs associated with re-sending the repaired item back to you.
Returns for repair, outside of the 30-day period, are accepted and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the shipper. Please contact me, by email, prior to returning any product for repair. If emailing me for any damage/repair needs, please include these words in the subject line “Jewelry Order Damage/Repair” and include a phone number where you can be reached.
